Guardians of the Sound, 30x40cm oil -- example of sold commission

I found this view of Jura from Knapdale while out exploring for ideas. After I set up to paint, the lovely folks who live across the road came out to make my acquaintance. She served me coffee and biscuits and he called the Highland cows back with a bucket of feed so I could get a better look! I had one of the best days painting ever and this turned into a commission that I finished for them. The highlight for me was making new friends. :)
